You can either cut the &ldquo;paper plume&rdquo; off the&nbsp;<em>Hershey&rsquo;s Kisses&nbsp;<\/em>Chocolates, or leave it&nbsp;on like a cute little scarf. Then glue on the head, wings, and halo. So simple!
